What to expect
We offer an all weather outdoor class that is based around circuit training principles using a wide variety of equipment to give you an all over body workout. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and the more advanced as we demonstrate in our teaching that you can perform resistance and cardiovascular exercises at different intensity levels. We are NOT a military style boot camp. You will perform resistance exercises with weights such as power bags, weighted balls, barbells, kettle-bells and resistance bands. For the cardiovascular exercises we use ladders, cones, skipping ropes and tyres. As the circuit sessions contain both types of exercises this will increase the amount of calories you burn in each session. This is a proven form of fitness training which will aid weight loss and body toning. Our training plans are always varied, challenging and fun. You will get fitter, you will get stronger and you will enjoy doing it. We guarantee you will not be bored - the environment is invigorating out in the fresh air in all weathers. It puts you in a good state of mind so you feel great. We do not put barriers on our classes for age (as long as you are 18 years), or fitness levels - everyone will get results with our methods. If you are a beginner and worried about your level of fitness, don't be; you will work at a level you are happy with and no one is forced to keep up with others in the group or work at an intensity that is unsuitable for their ability. However, you will step outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself to take your fitness training to the next level.
